Nv developments are property developers with a different value proposition to our clients, we sell positively geared property to our clients.

We do not believe property investment is all about making loses today and offsetting those loses against you taxable income and only making money once the property cycle has completed its full turn, (long term) Negative Gearing.

Simply put, we sell property, that makes more in income, than what you spend in expenses, from day 1, (immediate) Positive Gearing.

Our view is that people Invest in property in the wrong order; they invest in long term negative gearing (effecting their cash flow) before they have a disposable income to warrant them doing so. Who really wants to do that?

Nv developments focus’s its attention on bringing more income into the household on a weekly/monthly basis, to improve the disposable income.
